- Main level features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, great room with fireplace, bathroom, entry, garage with bonus room, and master bedroom. This level is wheelchair accessible..
- Top level features a master bedroom with an ensuite bath.
- A telephone, TV, VCR, stereo, satellite dish, washer & dryer give you all the amenities of home.
- The fully appointed, gourmet stainless kitchen has a refrigerator, smooth top range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, food processer, toaster oven and toaster.
- Quality cutlery, dishes and linens / bedding are provided.
- The five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms will comfortably accommodate 14+ people.
Bedroom #1 Top level bedroom has a King Mission Oak bedroom set with ensuite bath.
Bedroom #2 Main level bedroom has a King Mission Oak bedroom set with ensuite bath.
Bedroom #3 Lower level bedroom has a King Mission Oak bedroom set.

Bedroom #5 Lower level bedroom has 2 single over double bunkbeds, sleeps up to 6.
A crib, playpen and highchair are also available.
- There is also a double sofabed with linens on the lower level.
- A propane BBQ is provided.
- Walking trails for hiking, biking, and dock for kayaking, canoes...etc...
- There is a bridge to go under for boating. Most boats can get under with the exception of large cabin cruisers. Please check with Alan for clearance. There is no extra charge for boats.
- There is ample parking for vehicles.
