1. What is our cancellation policy? A full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be given if you cancel 90 days in advance, and if less than 90 days, a refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be given if the property is rebooked. 2. Do you require a damage deposit? A damage deposit of 10% of the rental fee will be charged. This deposit will be returned after inspection of the property. 3. When is the balance due?
